We combine Swiss quality with digital efficiency. As a young company from Niederhasli, we stand for structured processes, precision and solutions that are geared to the customer – reliable, efficient and transparent.
Idea & positioning
A butler thinks ahead before being asked.
The name says it all. A butler knows the house, sees what needs doing and gets it done discreetly and reliably. That is exactly how we see our work: we take on tasks completely instead of merely giving advice, and we think the next step through as well.
Butler Office was founded in 2024 – out of the observation that small companies, private individuals and associations usually need three different contacts for office, public presence and technology, who know nothing of each other. That leads to friction, duplicated effort and gaps for which nobody feels responsible.
We bring these three areas together: administration, marketing and IT. Not because we want to do a little bit of everything – but because these topics are connected in our customers’ everyday lives anyway.
We are based in Niederhasli in the Zürcher Unterland region. From here we work for customers in the region and, where it is possible digitally, throughout Switzerland.

Owner · Managing DirectorJoel Hüberli is the founder of Butler Office. As a passionate ICT supporter, he helps customers optimise digital and administrative processes. With his many years of experience and a solution-oriented approach, he creates structure, clarity and efficiency in every project.
Kai Hüberli
Head of OperationsKai Hüberli is a generalist with leadership experience and holds the Swiss qualification dipl. Betriebswirtschafter NDS HF (a postgraduate programme in business administration at a Swiss college of higher education). He focuses on the lasting improvement of structures and processes and combines strategic thinking with strong implementation skills.
