How we see IT
Technology should support you – not hold you up.
In most small companies, IT has come about on the side. A server here, a few Microsoft accounts there, a website built by an acquaintance, a Wi-Fi router from the electronics store. It works – until someone leaves, a device fails or an insurer wants to know how the data is backed up.
We make sure your IT becomes transparent: we record what is there, document it in an understandable way and bring it into a state that can be operated. This includes updates, backups that can actually be restored, clear access rights and monitoring that reports problems before you notice them.
We do not treat security as an add-on product, but as a characteristic of good work. Multi-factor authentication, up-to-date systems, tested recovery and trained staff prevent most incidents – entirely without scaremongering.
And because requirements change, we keep developing: new sites, new staff, an online shop, an interface between two programs or software that does not yet exist in that form. For all of this you have one point of contact who knows your environment.

Hosting & operations
We operate websites, servers and applications in such a way that someone feels responsible. This includes managed web hosting on Plesk, managed virtual servers, backups with regular restore tests, monitoring, updates and the management of your domains and DNS records.
If you want to change provider, you get a planned, documented migration. And if you want to use open-source applications such as your own cloud storage, a ticketing system or an automation tool, you do not have to run them yourself: we take care of installation, maintenance and backup.
Infrastructure
Network, servers and cloud form the foundation. We plan and support firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN access and the interconnection of multiple sites, operate servers and virtualisation with Proxmox or Hyper-V and assist with the replacement of existing VMware environments.
In the cloud we work with Azure and AWS – from set-up and migration to analysing what you are actually paying for. We take over environments that have grown over time in an orderly manner: record, document, stabilise, then improve.
Managed workplace & Microsoft 365
The digital workplace stands or falls with clean administration. We set up Microsoft 365 or tidy up existing environments: users, licences, permissions, multi-factor authentication and access rules. Devices – Windows, Mac and mobile phones – are managed centrally via Intune and protected with Defender.
On top of this come orderly onboarding and offboarding of staff, the migration of files to SharePoint and OneDrive, the introduction of Teams and Copilot, and telephony via Teams including number porting and auto attendant. The printer is part of it too.
Web & commerce
We build, rework and maintain websites and online shops – mainly with WordPress and WooCommerce. For us, a website is not a one-off project but a system that is maintained: updates, backups, performance, technical search engine optimisation and legally sound consent management.
Depending on your needs, we add landing pages, multilingual content, appointment booking, member areas, newsletter integration and meaningful analytics. We move existing websites in an orderly manner.
Security & compliance
We make visible where your security stands and improve it step by step: with vulnerability scans, security monitoring, audits of infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and website, with permission reviews, backup concepts and restore tests.
We train staff with awareness training and phishing simulations. For emergencies, we draw up contingency plans and test them. On request, we carry out penetration tests and support you technically with evidence for cyber insurance and with measures relating to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. This is not legal advice – but a solid technical basis for it.
Development & automation
Where standard software ends, we carry on developing: business software, web applications, customer portals and internal tools – from the first working prototype to the maintained product. Interfaces and data integration connect programs that previously knew nothing of each other.
We automate recurring processes, for example with n8n, and extend ERP systems such as ERPNext. We use AI where it helps in concrete terms: as an assistant for internal knowledge, as a chatbot or in workshops in which we find sensible use cases together.

Which systems do you use for websites and online shops?
We work mainly with WordPress and build shops with WooCommerce; we also look after existing Magento installations. In addition to building new sites, we take on ongoing maintenance so that your website remains technically up to date and secure.
Can you take over the management of our domains and e-mail accounts?
Yes. We take care of registration, DNS, hosting and the set-up of your e-mail environment. You get everything from a single source and do not have to deal with technical settings.
Do you also take over an existing IT environment that has grown over time?
Yes, that is one of the most common cases. We record the environment, document it and first stabilise what is critical. Only then do we propose improvements – in an order that suits your business.
How do you support us in moving to the cloud?
We assist you with selection, set-up and migration – for example to Microsoft 365, to cloud storage or to servers in Azure and AWS. In doing so, we make sure that permissions, backup and costs are right from the start.
Do you also help private individuals and associations?
Yes. For private individuals and associations we are the point of contact for computer problems, for setting up devices and networks, for websites and for shared, secure data storage.
Can you automate our processes?
We analyse your processes and show where digitalisation pays off. We automate recurring tasks with suitable tools or our own software – from the Excel solution to the interface between two systems.
